    Cold air intake

you have 2 issues your tallest point in the cooling system is your radiator hose I see little evidence of a coolant reservoir .. so heres some tid bits: LS engines have a area in the heads that trap air/steam. This air/steam is vented to the cooling system via the steam lines. The steam line...

    Cold air intake

I fixed my air box with jb weld plastic weld epoxy , when I collided with a metal fence post at considerably speed that poked out of a hill , it slapped my headlight and required new one, dented the hood and fender. I later found it broke the screw thread parts of the lower box next to the...

    Cold air intake

youre the engineer for the box , or just engineered that application and it was used down the line for simplicity? Id like to ask about the filter differences, the high capacity filter vs regular. to my understanding its a pleating/material difference, the high capacity can go longer between...

Tie Rod Ends Interfere with Wheel Weights

some tire monkeys dont even know that when the balancer indicates to put weight on an area that you are also being directed to put it on the inside or outside If you have to put more than 3oz on any given assembly, unless its some massive mudder tire, you need to go back to the tire changer...

    Cold air intake

the way you have done your filter is likely not helping your MAF Sensor. did you leave the screen in the mAF? THe sensor was calibrated for a much smaller diameter tubing to the throttle body (Unless it just looks bigger?) and the filter being a cone is also a lot different than the flat one...

How are the factory dual saddle fuel tanks supposed to be routed?

do not plug ports on the 6 port You should use the return functionality and a new pump for driveability

How are the factory dual saddle fuel tanks supposed to be routed?

your setup would have simply actuated the solenoid if it used one, to direct the tank, if it didnt have a sender, then it was only doing that

How are the factory dual saddle fuel tanks supposed to be routed?

for your purpose, i would only use the 87 switch if youre using the pollak valve and using baffled tanks for the in tank pumps The switch above is for switching the sending unit most likely

How are the factory dual saddle fuel tanks supposed to be routed?

Can you verify if your tanks are both saddle tanks or if there is any aftermarket tanks? Heres an example of that brand in a 1971 my dad has a 76 or 78 ( i forget off the top of my mind) with an auxillary tank , not GM original but heres what it looks like , has no sending unit @Grit dog...

How are the factory dual saddle fuel tanks supposed to be routed?

the pre 1980 switches? The 1980 only differs because the 1 wire valve had a module which didnt actuate it everytime you turned the key if the thing just operated recently, so think key on, crank, then no start, you try to crank again and the module prevents the solenoid from actuating again if...

You should modify by finding out if your doors have the harness for the courtesy lamps. If they don’t then you have a 03+ with a Chevy 99-02 front end and then someone tried to bring the door panels with. The harness if not present you can cheat and put a feed off the front ones or the under...
