    if your cat is original, might be worth removing it to make sure its not plugged up , assuming it has flanges or easy straight-shots before and after you could cut and clamp to reinstall or bolt in/out, etc. Just a consideration

    Converter? What do you mean? i now realize you meant catalytic converter, I gotcha now. I dont have that consideration so im not sure personally. Might have to loosen the brackets back off and tighten it before putting back on the rail
