    Wanted some small victory’s today lol: Oil change Reinstalled factory radio w new knobs from USA1 Took apart all the front lights and ordered led bulbs along with a LED Flasher Installed some breathers on the new valve covers.

    So I’m not running front tubs on my bagged c10. I was curious if anyone makes lower fire wall panels that would bolt in? Seeing as I’m trying to block any road debris from getting into the inner rocker etc I appreciate any insight. I’ve googled and searched and am coming up empty handed

    But the entire point of the post is…. It’s marketed as being a direct swap. When it isn’t. Just looking out so no one else waste $135 lol

    It won’t be in long enough to fold onto it self. I used a press with a round dolly to massage it so it was kicked over just a bit. With in the next year there will be a hydraulic swap and 5 speed in the truck It’s a means to an end for the time being

    It 100% blocks the ability to plug in the harness to the ignition switch on the column. The fact they sell a straight rod with no bend in it to clear things is retarded lol. If it brakes it brakes. I’ll start over. But the bend is already been done lol

    Because I bought the setup from USA1 and let’s just say it’s not at all bolt in lol Currently bending it to clear my ignition switch/plug in the column. In theory it sounded great..except the OEM one is offset and bent for a reason. The ends of my OEM were so worn away I could prob snap off...

    Did it end up working? I have the 3 hole Version from usa1. But I rather go with that style if it worked lol

    I like it! I need to order more 10mm foam sound deadening like I’ve been using for the front I’ll add that roll of carpet to it as well. With the full length black vinyl flooring I got. A little bit of carpet will be nice lol

    Fan control/heat selector-aftermarket gripe

    Picked up 4 5/16 head #10 3/4in screws today. Worked great. Just go slow when installing knowing the housing is plastic I was afraid to snap it. Screws grabbed just enough material to hold. Stock hardware won’t fit if you have an early Square like mine just an FYI
