    Square-body?

I guess anything with the word "new" or "old" in the name is bound to become outdated. K

C20 - Trailering vs. Camper Special

This is a little hard to read (but I had it handy) and it is for an '85, but would indicate GCWR = 15,500 lbs. K

    Square-body?

We never called 'em that. They were C/Ks, then GMT400, then GMT800, then GMT900, then K2 and then T1. Then I retired. K

C20 - Trailering vs. Camper Special

Just to add a little color to the commentary: I used to do the trailer ratings between 1986 and 1990, during my time at the GM Milford Proving Ground (Milford Mi). We would verify the ratings during public highway test trips, like Powertrain Cooling trips to Davis Dam and Death Valley, brake...

    81-87 bed bolt location diagram

You could also look at your frame to see if there are any "sleeves" remaining. Any location that got a long bolt had a metal pipe between the upper flange and the lower flange of the side rail, so that the attachment could compress and hit torque. K

    81-87 bed bolt location diagram

Unless you are absolutely fanatical about duplicating the factory build it kinda doesn't matter. You could use all short bolts. The only reason they mixed and matched in the factory was to give easy access around the fuel tank or crossmember clamshell brackets to the guy in the pit tightening...

Gold color for 84 silverado paint

Yes. Even if it is faded with a little imagination we might be able to recreate what it says. Also - for your truck - you could contact the GM Heritage Center and send them your VIN; they would return a copy of the original invoice which would contain build content, build timing, pricing and...

Has anyone weighed a 15x8 rally wheel

Aw right: I had to put batteries in the scale, and then unbury a wheel and drag it in from the barn using the garden wagon as HotwheelsBurban suggested. I only weighed one wheel, instead of four (or five) which would have allowed us to have some kind of rudimentary statistical understanding of...

Has anyone weighed a 15x8 rally wheel

I assumed the OP was trying to figure out the cost to ship, in which case those last few fractions of a pound are critical (especially when multiplied by 4). But - let's find out. K

Has anyone weighed a 15x8 rally wheel

*sigh* Clearly. Corvettes are always allowed to enter the conversation when discussing any vintage GM product, per the first law of "my buddy's square came with a Corvette motor". They are basically the same wheel except for the shape of the decorative holes. Forgive me for assuming you...

    3"/4" Lowering

This should be pretty close to 3/4. Tires are P235/75R15 on 15x8 rallys. Daily driver for 30 years and 200,000 miles. K

    Paint codes

I don't know why the link is not working; I tried fixing it from both my phone and then my laptop to no avail. It's from the GM Heritage Center archive. Search for that, then "Vehicle information Kits". K

    Paint codes

The Heritage Center does not have the Blazer packet for '87, so here is the '86 (it's the same): ']https://www.gm.com/content/dam/company/no_search/heritage-archive-docs/vehicle-information-kits/chevrolet/1986-Chevrolet-Blazer.pdf Top code is 12 Frost White.
