1981 k1500 stalling....
Have you used a vacuum gauge yet to check actual running vacuum? And took a mechanical reading of fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge at idle and say 1500 rpms?- Sad Sack

Kind of a strange cooling system issue
Are you running a reverse poppet thermostat? When they fail they stick open and send cooler temps. So coolant flow is constant and temps do not get a chance to build properly. Also some create this style of thermostats intentionally by drilling a 1/8” hole in a stock thermostat to mimic a...- Sad Sack

New bed side recommendations?
AMD, DynaCorn are who I'd recommend and if a Premium version is an option, take that. Avoid Goodmark unless desperate. Heard Sherman was good but never dealt with any of their products. Maybe research KeyParts also. -
Looking for 8 ohm dash speakers.
