    But it doesn't have all the convenience features of the t-case included with the complete setup. I'm guessing the lack of the factory t-case would cause pcm tuning issues, particularly in low range. I have no idea if there's a 241 input available that matches the trans.

    If you can get it to run fine without the IAC connected, by adjusting the base idle screw, that is an option for driving it as well. Is it right? No. But is it better than a carb swap? Most would say yes. It's certainly cheaper.

    Yeah, definitely don't remove that bottom one. I'd start with the 3rd on on the bottom, since the end of it appears to be in close proximity to the adjacent leaves, compared to others. If you choose to remove a 2nd leaf, choose it based on keeping consistent leaf end spacing.

    The square tube will work, but only comes in 1/4" increments. It would also be more difficult to weld to the floor pan.

    They won't work as-is. That's why I said to section them. Slice them down the length of both sides, overlap the sides to reduce the height, then plug weld it all back together.

    I'm typically a fan of Accel products... but I had one one of their small cap HEI modules once and it only made it about a year. ...Or maybe it was Jeg's brand. I dunno, it was 20 years ago and the label was yellow, lol. I guess I'm only 75% sure it was Accel brand.

    I had a small journal, forged crank 327 once. And it had also been balanced. But I was dumb and sold it instead of having fun with it.

    I'm unaware of any being repopped. Burbs tend not to get the same love as pickups and K5's. Sectioning down some pickup bed crossmembers might be the easiest solution.

    Eh. The shortest one might not change much. It also might have a centering wrap (forget the actual name) attached to it. Can you get some pictures of your rear springs?
