    Has anyone found a quality source for Muncie repair parts? Seems all the overhaul kits are on the cheap side, chinese made probably, and I just don't want to risk a catastrophic failure for a few dollars. If they are near NW PA that would be even better. Suggestions anyone? TIA, Rick

    So I got the hairbrained idea and painted my front calipers after a thorugh cleaning and sandblasting. Now I am stuck as to how to install the new dust covers seals. Any idaes out there?     Thanks Bucket..i"ll give some more thought and go from there. Idahovette, nothing was wrong with it. The resevoir flares out and made it difficult to change the oil filter and the starter was a header off operation. I will be trying to sell it along with the oil pump and extension sleeve. It's...

    Just replaced the old PITA 7 quart pan with a 5 quart Milodon. Question is will the factory coating resist corrosion or should I plan on painting it?

    Engine stand block mounting

    With my BBC on a 3 wheeled stand it is top heavy. As already said grease the pivot real well and, to increase my control, I use a large crescent wrench on the arms. Always keep that locking pin REAL handy!
