With regards to the 2000 model you ask about. The 6 lug pattern on the full size GM trucks are same from 1999 in pickups/2000 in utilities thru the current 2020 model year.

    Installing 350 from a 86C10 into a 84 K10 With a 89 auto trans & transfer case

If the engine is indeed an '86 model, it has the 1 piece rear main seal, thus a different crankshaft than the '84. I would make sure that the torque converter bolt attach points line up correctly to your new flexplate PRIOR to installing engine into vehicle

Evaporator Switch wiring to solenoid AC

No it is not the choke on your carburetor. Those numbers correspond with the electrical circuit numbers. I don't see any symbols for a fuse on that illustration

    Help! Horn not working.

I would look at step 2 in the pinpoint testing. The dreaded ORANGE wire may be the culprit! Wiggle that wire while monitoring your test light or preferably DVOM

What have you done to your square lately??

Not sure what BBC you are installing, versus the small block, but I think that the 454 engine is external balance. Unless you are replacing a 400, DON'T use that flexplate Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

What have you done to your square lately??

I feel your pain! Having the fix on hand, while going off on another tangent for a repair is a time consuming and costly method. I'm an technician by trade and sometimes it's the basics we over look. Glad that $10 part fix your problem that you spent hours chasing Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
