    14BFF are notorious for leaks. My 14b leaked and there are repair sleeves available for them if you have a worn tube. Additionally, there are 1-2 kits for 14BFF that use an entirely different type of seal.

    I've scrapped 2-3 sets that nobody wanted. If you can't find any on here, I'd go to a local car show and ask everyone with a lowered C10 if they have them. On my local Craigslist here in Phoenix, there is typically 2-3 posts a month for complete suspensions. Some want $50 and some want $750.

    Never have I had the frame vins checked and compared to the door or dash plate. I think it really is a non-issue especially considering the amount of trucks built with aftermarket frames.

    Not really a big deal to do. While we didn't separate all the way down, we did remove all but 2-3 cross members for repairs/ replacement. These frames are pretty flexy and aren't perfectly square from new if you ask me. Don't tighten all the way until all bolts are in and really should square...
