    Cluster install for DUMMIES...help

dang. i thought they were plug and play. i thought the cluster specific 'circuit board' handled all the routing/re-routing. good luck! :) note to self; leave cluster alone in my truck. ;)

Turn signal won't blink with headlights on

mine did this until i replaced the two front sockets and wired all 4 markers correctly. it had been wired up wrong and behaved just like yours. i'm not saying you have to replace sockets, just that the marker lights run in/out of each other rather than each marker having a discrete connection...

Do you think you could replace a powersports battery with a deep cell/car battery

+1 ^^ if you are running the atv while spraying, you really shouldn't be taxing the battery. i run a sprayer quite often with my polaris sportsman x2. a bigger battery certainly wont hurt and the starting requirements of an atv is pretty low so i doubt it would hurt a 'trolling motor' battery...

    Temperature control

a/c and MAX a/c maybe? when you slide the top slider almost all the way to the left it activates the passenger side cab side 'vent/vent pod'. so maybe the op needs an earlier style than my 85 ? it has 3 "positions" for a/c. substitute positions for speeds and that may break the language barrier.

Nylock on an outer tie rod? Would you trust it?

probably due to too much use of 'female dog' to describe any/all women. therefore implying YOU would force a woman to remove the nylock and call her names while she did it. (according to your sentence structure) ahh grammar, thou art a cruel mistress. ;)

    Can it be saved

sorry for dragging the post further off topic; the reason so many members said 'scrap and send it to ME' is that USED to be a very common phrase. it was ALWAYS intended to the person posing the question, that whatever they had, it was worth the responder's effort/money to have it and love on...

Do I need a block heater?

a block heater for an sbc is cheap. a block heater will NOT hurt your starting ability if you plug it in but it's not really cold outside. :) a block heater can make starting easier in really cold climates, whether carb'd or injected, by make the 'rolling parts' roll easier initially. as...

Does anyone know what this is

my truck has both. one is just a switch (on/off). the other drives the gauge (variable resistance rather than binary on/off). both are plugged into a T then in behind the distributor. lots of answers, i don't know nothing myself. my truck had a hose/fluid line someone put on the other side...

Stereo install from new to oem

you can get the installation kit for the squarebodies. it is a kit for putting a din mount in squarebody. the face plate it comes with, however, has the traditional 2 shaft style layout. (you can also 'knock out' that layout for a full din) so you get a 2 shaft, din mount radio that will look...

    Tracking device for square bodies?

i'm sure there are consumer lo-jack type device that will work just fine. they don't rely on the vehicle 'gizmos'. it's self contained. i have aprs trackers in all my vehicles but that's a ham radio licensed device. this is also a self contained device that doesn't use anything from the...

    Yet another bleeding brake post

i'm not sure i'm understanding what you're trying to accomplish. (that's my fault not yours). the p-valve is a path of least resistance kind of thing. so if the valve is shutting off the back brakes, i 'caused' the fluid to 'flow rapidly' out the opposite side of the valve (front brakes) which...
