    Suburban Tailgate Window Dashboard Switch

Received my switch today hopeful to fully resurrect my tailgate. Nope. My red wire (at the dash) has no power with key on. The red wire under the rear bumper (and therefore in the TG), has power key on or key off. The switch ON the TG works.

    Low pressure electric fuel pump

Thank you Ricko1966! Replacement engine is NOT drilled for for a mechanical pump. My hillbilly research tells me the engine is an 87 or newer based solely on valve covers. I haven't MADE time to pull the front accessories to look for codes. Do I want to go in tank? Hmmm. I'll make some...

    Low pressure electric fuel pump

I have an 84 Suburban with a replacement small block and this is my project soon. Filter, pump, regulator. Previous owner took off the TBI and put on a carb with an electric fuel pump on the frame rail and there is not a regulator inline. I would also like to make use of the return line.

    suburban rear quarter glass replacement

I know Im digging up bones here, but what is a replacement seal going to be called? Quarter glass seal? My rear/driver glass has shattered and the seal is too dry and brittle to reuse. I have located glass but want to make sure I am ordering the correct seal. 1984 Suburban. Thanks all!

What is holding my rotor on?

So, Ihave updates!! I had removed the passenger side drum to learn how the star adjuster gets backed off. You guys explained it well, YouTube did as well. I realized the bar I need to push wasn't there on the drivers side and the star wheel wouldn't budge. I had reached the conclusion to grind...

What is holding my rotor on?

The passenger side came off like a dress on prom night. that is allowing me to compare the star wheel for adjustment and thank you for the reminder to turn the other way. BUT: Should this have had TWO spindle nuts? Neither side did.

What is holding my rotor on?

I have not been able to back off the adjusters but I can tell the e-brake cable is not tight. Doesn't mean it not still on!!

What is holding my rotor on?

1984 3/4 ton Suburban, new to me. 14 bolt full floater. My rear/driver rotor does not turn forward or back. I have removed the axle and have done my best to get this rotor to come off. What is holding it up? Stuck brake pads? Percussive negotiation seems to make the entire drum slightly looser...

    Nashville New guy!

I have put my Power Probe into action on those. I tested the wires, I do have 12v from the fuse box. I put hot to the white colored wire, and ground to the blue, nothing. I replaced the red to factory config and retried hot and ground, nothing. Clearly I have a break, probably as it passes...
