I've got 4 brand new bilstein 5100 series shocks I'm installing tomorrow. I hope they're as god as people say they are. And I've got to get a new chrome front bumper and lights because Bambi don't like an un-cracked bumper. -

Possible clutch issue
Since I've only got about 280hp and maybe 300ft tq do I even heed heavy duty/hi po clutch? It's a pita, not to mention I font really feel like having two different sized legs again. Coolant system issue
I'm an idiot. I figured out what the problem with no heat was. When I ripped out the original heater core, it was surrounded by this nasty, degraded stuffing type crap. So I pulled it all out and put the new heater core in there without replacing the padding. When the heater was on no air...- Uriel

Coolant system issue
Okay, oddly enough, I'm still having the issue of nearly no heat. First, I had the 5/8" hose coming from the water pump, and the 3/4" hose coming from the manifold. I was told that was wrong, so I switched the 3/4" to the water pump and the 5/8" to the manifold. When I did that I only got...- Uriel

Engine dieseling
Checking for vacuum leaks should be easy. I have one vacuum line going from the carb to the dizzy, and 1 going to the brake booster. I'm pretty sure that's a vacuum line. i'll have to try that this weekend.- Uriel

I got my truck running nice now. Carb, hei ignition, true dials with no cats. Recently it started dieseling occasionally. Guy at the parts store says that in the winter we start getting ****** regular gas. That got me thinking, I've been filling with 87 octane, but tuned it with 93 in the tank...- Uriel
