NV3500/NP208 combo
my truck from the factory came with an sm465/np205 combo, I cant speak for all the 1 ton trucks that gm made but it was definitely a nv3500/np208 that was in it when I got it, someone probably got tired of the granny tranny and wanted something that was nicer to drive on the highway, not me I...- steelburner83

No I never removed it from my truck I left it a manual transmission truck, right now it's hooked up to my sm465/np205. It was also a hydraulic clutch, but I have seen the clutch/pedal assembly's on this forum before- steelburner83
