Swap to an 8.1 Vortec?????
Yeah both the Vortec 454 and the 8.1 vortec motors can use the 502 ramjet camshaft :D On the 8.1 you just have to do a lil rewiring on the computer to accommodate the swapped cylinders lol.... I am putting one in my 64 GMC right now allison and all...- sdwolff98
