    Alright, my buddy put me in touch with an axle guy...Iʻve been right all along. Itʻs a non-issue because all that area is is shaft pass-through. All I need to do if I want to feel good about it is what I said...light deburring and continue. Sorry to bug you guys. Iʻll leave the post here in case...

    Ok, now that I've seen someone else mention the sleeve protruding through the bottom quite a bit, like mine is, I have to ask the question. Is it a problem if that sleeve is protruding through the bottom?

    New K20 owner!

    The axle has already been broken down and all parts cleaned primed and painted. Iʻm in the process of putting it back together already.
