    Depending on the budget, I would go with a TH400 + a GV overdrive. It's probably the most expensive option, but it would be bullet proof.

    Hot glue or JB weld might work, any old used plastic may be as brittle.

    Try replacing the side marker LED's with incandescent bulbs and see if the issue goes away. You may have the wrong type of LED's.

    My money is an issue with the aftermarket steering wheel adapter. None of the factory levers seem to move when the steering wheel wabbles. If you know what brand wheel & adapter you may be able to find installation instructions and/or a parts list.

    You may end up going to a shop with an exhaust pipe bender, I did.

    If you go with a Quick-jack type, place it where you can open both vehicle doors.

    Is that a non ATF Suppressor that attaches to the blower motor? You may need to try a salvage yard.
