Can not pinpoint the problem... Any help would be cool

I jacked it up the other day and couldn't find much play but I am pretty sure my tie rod is pretty loose. It had quite aa bit of play. I don't see how that would contribute to the type of noise I am hearing.

Well I am driving a 73 cheyenne c20 2wd 3/4 with a 350 and I have an issue with a noise coming from the front left wheel area. So far I can only hear it from the inside of the truck. When I start to move the left front side makes a clicking sound and maybe a bit of a chirp. It gets faster as I...
