That's exactly what I had in mind. Plastic is hard to mold but with a proper working proto type you could get someone to make these and get royalties. I thought it was you idea at first. I will need to contact the original designer before I proceed. -

Emblems are a very competitive market. I have thought about getting into making emblems but never took the plunge. If you have a specific design worked up I could make time to try one. -

If anyone has any ideas on something they would like to see made please leave suggestions. Lets try to start simple nothing with 3d countours and try to stay inside a 12"x6" work area. I would also be willing to make the first one free for anyone that contributes to R&D for a part I can put... -

What type of Mill do you have? Pictures? A cnc conversion can be done on pretty much any Mill and may be more affordable than you think -
