when i tell paint companies its code 30 then they tell me that there are so many colors for that number so what to do then

thanks you guys for input and compliments i have been trying to find some one to match paint sent the gas door to two different companies for custom matching both said no problem after spending $400 still not the same color thats why iam trying here for help 1980 sliveraldo k20 only 58000 miles...
