HEI Modules
Have to ask why so many spares? I must be very lucky. Because in over 40 years and around 8-10 cars and trucks, including some 70s and 80s daily drivers, I've never had a module fail. I bought the spare module just to have one in case GM stops making them. And they're not getting any cheaper...- MikeB

Firewall circuit breaker
Is this what you are asking about? It's a 1982 OE terminal block but with aftermarket wiring, so yours will be wired differently. This one connects 8 gauge wire from the starter BAT terminal to the fuse panel. Small gauge wire goes to alternator sense terminal. The metal strap is just a...- MikeB

2 cycle gas mix ratio
It's more a function of the oil than the engine. It's been 30 years, but we always used high quality, name brand oils mixed 32:1 on motocross bikes. Back then it would have been Bel-Ray or oil recommended by the bike manufacturer, such as Yamalube.- MikeB

Air Compressor recommendations within my requirements?

255/60/15 vs 275/60/15
I think 255-60 tires look short on a pickup, unless it's lowered quite a lot. And 275-60s are a bit wider than optimal for an 8" wheel. I personally prefer a 255-70s on 8" wheels, like in the photo below. If I had a do-over, I'd go to 17" wheels with ~29" tall tires. But, as we used to say...- MikeB

Headers don't fit? What a shocker! Seriously, stock manifolds should work fine for your stated goals. Or if 2.5" aftermarket ram's horns clear your motor mounts, they would work very well.
