454 4 speed swap(hope i got this in the right section...)
I believe the truck was military at one time, and a different motor was put in. But the glovebox says 400ci And it also says conventional 2ton but that's beside the point. But the donor is a 78 also- k30boss

What have you done to your square lately??
What have I done to my k30 dually? After going to Oreillys auto twice, then finding out i had to get the alternator rebuilt, because after 2 hours of searching they couldnt find one(one guy told me to bend my alternator braket to make a smaller alt fit....good lord) got it rebuilt for 50... -

Ok so heres whats up. I got a 1978 k30 dually. its quite the beast. 400 sbc thats rebuilt along with a good turbo 400 trans. Its full time 4x4(with 4 high lock and 4 low lock). i like the truck the way it is, except for the auto, I found a 454 and a 4 speed manual parts truck, a old k20. how...- k30boss

I have others besides those. I got 4 or 5 part/ scrap cars, a 88 Chevy wood truck a Mazda b2600i project, a 79 Bronco 351 4 speed. And thank y'all for the complements- k30boss

thank you, there all old and have rust(northern WI salt) but thats why there cheap. I know there not much, but I love em and every little quirk they have, but they do all run and drive, although i am getting new parts for the k30. alot of you guys probably have alot nicer trucks- k30boss

Big Jon here i live in northern wi, i just turned 18. im New to this site. I own 3trucks(of this style) a blue 1986 Chevy c10 Scottsdale 305 camm and rebuilt 700r4 trans.
