TH400 trans service
Transmission pan is leaking fluid. Want to clean up the mess, reseal, and replace filter. Options on best gasket to use on stock pan.- jwright

We’ll just had to say it all aloud, it’s an aluminum cover, unique to the th400, found me one on the eBay, $125 with the bolts- jwright

New to me 1978 Scottsdale K20, missing flywheel cover, from my searches it looks like the 350 and 400 are the same, but mine has a couple of support rods (best explanation), that come down from the engine mounts. So are they the same seems strange to have these 2 braces/rods attached to...- jwright

Heater core replacement
New to me, nice 1978 Scottsdale k20 4x4, heater core was leaking, got the new one in but the old insulation material is trashed from the year, rodents and antifreeze, was thinking of using dynamite to insulate before going back with heater housing, would this be an issue with fitment? Old stuff...- jwright
