Slow. I'm still tearing down the donor truck. I've decided that I'm going to shorten the 03 frame and put my 83 body on it. I've just got too many irons on the fire right now to spend much time with it unfortunately.- jstolk2

Absolutely! And aside from the TPS, everything else was in need of replacing anyway, so really no money wasted. It's going to be a great truck for only having 1500 invested. Thanks.- jstolk2

Base timing was 10 degrees retarded. Feel pretty dumb for not checking it right off the bat. But bought the truck off original owner, who was not the type of guy to ever mess with the timing. Original owner said that sluggishness slowly got worse over the last year or so, so we figured it was...- jstolk2

Need help with sluggish 94 k1500
Went with a buddy to look at a truck last night. 94 k1500 350TBI 144k miles, very solid. Has a power issue at low RPMs, but for the price, we figured what the hell. Runs very smooth, has not missed once. But as the motor gets up to operating temp, it gets very sluggish at low RPMs. We replaced...- jstolk2
