Update. Looks like mine was taken off to accommodate dual exhaust. Or at least when I tried to put this one on, it was obstructed by my exhaust. So I guess I will put it on the next time I have exhaust done.- I911fire

Ok so I have a question on this "Strut Rod" that goes from the T-case to the bell housing. I saw one yesterday on a k20 that I was pulling parts off of. IT was a 350/700R4 w/208C T case truck. I have an '82 K10 that is a SM465 with a 208C case. My T-case has the bosses for the Rod but it...- I911fire

Ok so I know this is an ancient thread, but... I just picked up a 1982 K10 with 78k from the original owner. It has the SM465/M20 and I found a killer price on a NP440. Aside from the hole in the floor, is it just a straight swap? I have read that it is. Thanks- I911fire
