    I didn't have my phone down with me it was in the house. Ill try and take the plastic piece apart and take a pic of the rod/screw that I had to tighten. Only one screw holds the plastic floor piece on.

    Also figured out that behind the blend door, the rod that the plastic clip attaches to is attached to another rod with a little screw. That screw was loose so there was some slack in it allowing it to slide a little which made the blend door stay open a tad, which allowed air to blow by it some...
