    Hello, I'm ru ni g into same issue during my rebuild. Currently pilot bearing is flush and when I put n shaft w thrust bearing the end of shaft doesn't make contact with input gear. Was a spec ever found? Or idea on how far to drive the bearing in?

    Hello friends. I'm putting the np208 out of my 86 k20 together. The output shaft (32 in attachment) shows only one thrust washer and one roller bearing (30, 31). However during teardown of mine there were 2 thrust washers that sandwiched the roller bearing. Which is correct? I do not believe...

    Hello, another question on this np208. There are 3 washers/rings?..on the shaft but I didn't see how these were spaced before the needle bearings spilled out. Is there a spacing to these 3 rings or do they all stack up on the end near that sprocket, thanks

    Hello gang; I'm rebuilding my np208 and when removing the oil seal for the transmission to transfer case I had two 19236 oil seals in there. Is this factory? Should this just be one thicker oil seal? Thanks

    Hello; I am converting my 86 k20 to hydroboost using parts from a 85 k30. My question is if I can still use my k20 stock master cylinder? If not is there a suggested part number which will work with my stock line size and fitting thread? Thank you all
