I am completing my first major mechanical step on my truck. Replacing the 3.75 ratio with a 3.08. Here's a before pic of the 3.75. I'll post the after picture, Friday.

ok, I would be interested if you have one that is "like new". I also may try to get the stupid glue off the ones I have, but its not perfect either, even if it was clean.
I am having trouble finding the simplest part. Does anyone know where i can get these without the AC holes? I have the dash pad coming, but I can't find this insert panel anywhere.
