Test the TPS Sensor - it doesn't cost you anything but time. I would also pull codes and see if the computer is trying to tell you anything.- ctandc

Yeah - finding GTA wheels that aren't beat to crap is getting harder. When it comes to cars / trucks - it's not the engineers (mostly) you should be cussing. It's the bean counters AKA the Accounting department. Want to know why they used plastic instead of metal on a fitting that cost them .50 cents? Because bean counters (.50 X 100,000 production units). I was...- ctandc

Nice. I've owned enough G-Bodys over the years I've lost count. The 200R4 CAN be built to withstand plenty of power - and from the factory the ONLY difference between a true Monte Carlo SS 200R4 and a GN was the torque converter and valvebody. Just find a GN thread where they make them live...- ctandc

Yeah - before you blame the 700 - what gears are in it? 3.08? 3.55? With 38's I'd want AT LEAST 4.56 gears.
