    so youre trying to tell me that if you have rr wheels off the ground and the trans in neutral, spinning the drive shaft by hand that you cant get a close to accurate ratio. There is no slip from drive shaft output to the wheels.Any slippage is from side to side

    Not sure if you said you checked the battery voltage after it wouldnt start. If it was good, hot or bad starting relay could be the fault.

    To check parasetic draw, with neg. disconnected, everything shut off. Use 12v test light. One end to battery and the other to cable. If it glows you have a draw. If it doesnt light, youre good.     Brakes

    my 77 c-20 w13x2.5 rr shoes, has a stock PV that has centering pin that needs to be held in with a clip that i made, to properly bleed the brakes. Bleed all 4 corners pull the clip and your good to go
