Hey guys I have a 78 k10 fuel guage Pegged way past full got under truck found a green wire off of gas tank disconnected would this wire have anything to do with my problem ?
1978 k10 8 inch block lift in back , very bad vibration I have to feather the clutch so it doesn't just almost bounce off the wheels any one have any ideas ? Also my steering wonders a lot
The only thing I haven't done which I'm thinking is the cause , is the electronic spark control module , where is this located ? I heard that it was under dash ? Any pics ? Thanks Guys
Thanks for all the advice but I'm done just bout everything , all my fuses are good replaced wires , distributor cap , rotory piece , coil , modulator , battery still no spark I don't know what else to do
Hey guys replaced the battery wires + and - works fine now , only problem is that it will turn over strong just wont start Almost like it won't get spark
I got the battery tested its fine , but ya when I put the jumper ground to frame it will turn over, it used to start but I spliced done wire where the fusable links are and it sparked up to the two wires that are to the left of the brake booster and now it won't start ill double check the fuses...
I changed it because on my battery when I bought the truck it was a 4 year old battery , and I just rebuilt my tranny so while I was up under there I went ahead and replaced my starter
