    So I picked up the rad support and misc bit to convert scott to 4 rectangular bulbs from 2 round ones, these came with it, Any info? Guessing high beam only? But what std uses such tiny pins, never seen this style before, it had 4 of these 2 pin jobs, not 2 x 3 pins and 2 x 2 pins tyia sorry...

    Do throttle body or carb spacers actually help?

    I tend to go with the dryer duct, big factory air cleaner, but because my truck sees as much cold as hot I leave the stove doors, vacuum thermostats, etc., in place and build a stove for both sides to wrap around a header tube, but I think the only gain is winter drivability, if i do see a gain...

    multiple AI assured me (google, bing and a knock off) that a 670 cfm carb was huge and would over fuel a 440 or 454, best small carb for a bbc or bbm "700 to 750 cfm holly dp" or, also suggest was 1000cfm

    current set up is 8ga power/grd wires and 1 lo relay and 1 high relay to 2 stock 7" rnd bulbs, with a 2nd set of unconnected hi/lo beam plugs, for when I get it I am converting the rad support to 4 small rectangular buckets and 4 stock replacement silver star ultras, then full alignment

    about 8 out of 12 months thats an issue for me, I assume I am going to have that issue with the torker II on my 440, if I keep it. is it as big an issue with a sniper etc?

    gearing is currently unk, but with a proper rise and plane manifold, do you feel 650-680cfm is a good range for a 454 tow rig?

    ok, sorry Ricko1966, that's a typo, Scott has a standard aluminium aftermarket and q jet atm, the cube van project I shelved to start Scott came with the torker II, I'm still lurking the forums and reading posts to try to decide a good manifold for Scott
