Is that a fancy power slider I see? The riveted joints suck. I usually drill all the way through them, grind the head off then air hammer them out. That's if I cant talk them into replacement arms anyhow. 4x4 lowers are tough to get too though- bluex

Man weird how many of us also had/have mustangs lol. I had a 03 GT, then an 04 GT on coilivers, and the last one was a 96 with the 2.73 gears. It got great mileage but had zero power :rofl: My current distractions from my 78 C10. The 68 is for sale if anyone is looking for a project :eek:- bluex

What have you done to your square lately??
There are NGK plugs that are shorter than those "header" plugs for a small block anyhow, should be the same for a big block I'd think. -

Got to use the winch pretty heavy the last couple of weeks moving cars around for my shop landlord. 2 camaros, a corvette, 53 suburban, a beetle and a 54 5 window pickup. Then I moved my 78, the boys 95 and moved/sold the 3500 CC parts truck It works really well, didn't seem to struggle much...- bluex

With 24' of deck it'll be fine there. I have 22' on mine an 90% of vehicles I've hauled don't get close to the front when properly loaded. The only one that did was this C3500 cab an chassis. The rest, when properly loaded an slightly forward of the trailer axles still had a ton of room to the... -

I get this, an its repeated all over that it'll smell, be slick etc. I planned to do mine with used oil but people said it would be a mistake but then go on to recommend an OIL based stain. I don't really see the difference honestly. I still think I'm going to do mine with the oil when it gets... -

Be careful, deals you used to see an think "man that's cheap, if i had a trailer, I'd go get that" are now within your grasp. I've found it helps to keep something on the trailer that you really don't wanna unload to help keep those purchases from happening :rofl: -

Part of why I sold it. I've had no tickets in probably 12-15 yrs at least. No at fault accidents ever. That car was the most expensive one on my insurance ever. Ridiculous imo since it completely depends on who is driving it. I had it 3 yrs no issues. Not saying I didn't do some dumb stuff in it...- bluex

It is the car, dug back through my messages an found the guy I sold it too. He says he was fine, didn't say what happened. I sold it end of August '23, he wrecked it in Nov '23 :doh2: not even 3 months, that makes it hurt worse lol.- bluex
