    Tach cluster issues

    I just realized. I don't have a "tach filter" on the tach wire. Would that fry the tach? It didn't come with a harness so I just used the wires from my autometer

    anything to look out for on newer Burbs?

    I think the denali's were AWD, including pickups, regular suburbans and trucks were 4x4. The 2007 and 2008 pickups with the 5.3L had major oil burning issues. The ones the knock down to 4cyl. Not sure if burbs had the feature or not.

    Anybody change to aftermarket steering wheel?

    I have never liked aftermarket wheels, I have a 70's 4-spoke camaro wheel in mine, same as many GM cars of the 70's.

    SM465 wont shift?

    It's a Z bar, not sure on age of clutch and pressure plate, engine looks fresh but who knows. I'm going to try and adjust it again but I have a feeling the plate is screwed

    New guy from Canada

    New here, Was told about this site by Old77 (not sure of his username on here) on GMT400 (I also own a lowered 1994 C1500), I recently swapped my old 2002 2500HD for a nice lifted 1978 K20 with a fresh rowdy 400 and newer paint! Anyways enough talk right? PICS!!
