There's only two real solutions to this problem. The first one is displacement.. there really is no replacement for displacement. Drop a warmed over 454 in there and be done with it. I would really like a turbo 400 in my truck
I have a Figure 8 NP205, so that's what I needed to do. I swapped in a long 2wd output shaft when I rebuilt the 4L80 and added the rear reluctor gear at the same time. The TH400 I am replacing has the long ~4.5" output shaft, so you have top do that. On an 80's NP208, you don't need to do that...- Bextreme04

fuel line clamps
The feed and return are zero PSI.. feed should actually be a vacuum most of the time. The only line on the pump that sees pressure is the outlet to the carb itself, and that is a solid metal line with a flare and tube nut.- Bextreme04

Is this a good pattern for gm 14 bolt ff?

Need help identifying 12v wire for electric choke
The factory setup in the later 80's models used a two prong NO oil pressure switch mounted in the 1/8 NPT port right above the oil filter. Changing An Automatic Flywheel Without Removing the Transmission
I had to do this on my LS when I forgot to torque the flywheel bolts on a 5.3 to 6.2 swap. I bought 4-1/2" long bolts from the hardware store, swapped them out on two top bolts and two side bolts. What have you done to your square lately??
That looks exactly like the C.R.Lawrence back glass I got out of a junkyard for my truck. All aftermarket sliders use the factory non-slider gasket. As far as I know, there are no companies making a clear rear slider replacement for our trucks. Looks like Brothers bought them out at some point...- Bextreme04

It's a high temp because its in the pressure test port. That is the absolute worst place to put a temp sensor and borderline useless. You need the sensor in the pan or you aren't really getting any good info at all. The pressure test port is a dead head and is really only going to be giving you...- Bextreme04

Evaporator Housing Cover Necessary?
I got both from O'reilly. They have a 30/40 Amp one listed or a 15 Amp. I assumed the 30/40Amp was the correct one and it was not. The one I got that was not correct was PN: RY117.
