I think the stock springs are only good to ~0.550. I said stock, but I meant the PAC or BTR beehive springs. They are good up to ~0.625 and are supposedly more reliable and longer lasting for a daily driven type of application...- Bextreme04

Yeah, I got the Stage 1 L92. Now they only have the Stage2 VVT and it is a second Generation of that cam with more lift. They no longer offer a stage 1 version. I was very tempted to go with a non VVT version and convert to a 3 bolt cam gear.. hopefully I won't regret it. Another thing I saw...- Bextreme04

What have you done to your square lately??
I highly recommend a sway bar disconnect kit. I have the exact same springs and shocks on mine. Before the sway bar disconnect kit, it was rough. Sway bar connected with the disconnect kit, back to feeling about like it did stock, then with the sway bar disconnected, rides great.- Bextreme04

I would go look at what the 02 is actually doing, then see what IAC is doing, what TPS is reading, and what make sure you are getting data on important sensors like IAT and CTS. I agree with everyone else, I would read the diagram the way you stated. I also don't think it would matter, it is just a plunger inside that connects the two passages, shouldn't matter for the two port versions. The 305 is notorious for being super sensitive to detonation when the ESC is not functioning properly and also being a total dog if you retard the timing enough to not detonate without it. You need to see if the FiTech documentation actually tells you what the spec is on the TPS. If it doesn't...- Bextreme04

Holley owns MSD... it's the same one(even has the same part numbers). You can even see in the pictures that everything is labeled MSD and the TBI has MSD molded into the end of it.- Bextreme04

86 is a Quadrajet with the electronic idle mixture valve. I think the TPS is only used for that and the ESC system... I don't think it has much of a "computer" like an 87 did.- Bextreme04

I used GM trays and Delphi LS7 lifters sourced through Michigan Motorsports. I used factory GM 6.2 headgaskets from Summit. They are only ~$30 each I think. The FiTEch would replace that system, but I'm pretty sure it is used for the ESC system on those 305's... probably not the same signal. You DO know that you won't pass california smog with that system... right? The only CARB legal Carb to EFI conversion I know of is the MSD Atomic EFI...- Bextreme04
