I'm sure it's an age old question, K 20 ride quality improvements.
My 3/4 ton rides like a block of wood and steers like a wheelbarrow. I had half a mind to swap in half ton coils in the front and pull a few leafs or get halfton spring packs. It's just a cruiser anyways- Backyard

High hump floor carpet
I agree ot does look like the 67-72 hump but it's not quiet the same thought. It came out of a squarebody. If you look at the part of the hump closest to the firewall it has a totally diffrent shape than the 67-72. Upon more research I found that the hump I used is a 78 2wd manual. Trouble is...- Backyard

Ok so here's the deal. I have an 85 chevy that was a 2wd auto with a low hump. I put in an nv4500 and needed to put in a removable high hump. Deleting emissions,read this article.
yup its not difficult to keep/put cats on you old truck if it came with them i have mine. here in ontario its a fine at the moment for tampering with emissions. What is this hanging off my HEI?
my guess is it would be for a high idle solenoid to bump the rpm up for warmup. just a guess i would have to see the rest of the diagrams to see- Backyard

Floor center hump
When i went to a manual trans in my 85 had to go from low hump to high hump. I picked up a highhump bolt in from a 73to 80 squarebody simply cut out the floor section and bolt in a highhump like factory.- Backyard

Dodge 440 in K10 Motor Mounts
Not so sure you are going to find an aftermarket on somthing like that. usualy its GM motors to nearly anything not the other way around. you would likely have to fab up your own mounts and do somthing with the trans crossmember and get a driveline shop to make up a driveshaft with the proper u...- Backyard

fair enough. I don't know anything about the stamping process itself. I did it realize that it would be that complex to turn out aluminum parts. Thanks for the info- Backyard

I have not seen Stamping company make aluminum body stampings why ?? What is everyone's thoughts. Personally if I had the choice I would go aluminum if I had the option and it wasn't overly expensive. Thoughts?- Backyard
