    Thanks Spencer. Not sure how to adapt the drum brake backing plates. I can envision adapting the front ebrake cables to tie into the rear, but not the other way around. Would like to use the later setup, but not sure how.

    Not sure how many have done this, but when I went to install the 1987 e brake cables, there isn't the same attachment to the drum brake backing plates.     I'd like to see a picture of it installed. Yeah, @TotalyHucked is right, with my little T-rex arms, I might call on the floor jack for an assist on that heavy when full of oil, tall boy. lol

    Nope! 14BFF. gonna need a new end on my driveshaft however. The Spicer cap on the driveshaft says P171 which is a 3R u joint instead of the 1310, 1330, or 1350 that I expected. Thankfully we have a guy in the next town over that does good work like this on driveshafts apparently.
