Front and Rear Diff Fluid
I am wondering what the safest option is for my 85 Suburban. It has the 8.5 G80 in the rear and I believe 8.5 up front as well. I am looking into Amsoil 75-110 right now wondering if anyone else uses it? The truck gets dogged pretty hard and I want everything to last as long as possible. I know...- 85-BURBON

700R-4 Wont go past 4000 RPMs
In OD at full throttle itll shift right at 3900-4000 rpms. I do think it does have a little to do with tires and overall size of the thing. The engine has a fresh build on it as well. Nothing crazy just a fresh mild rebuild. I feel like it is shifting a tad bit early. I dont have much experience...- 85-BURBON

I have a 85 K1500 Suburban the trans shifts and runs perfect. The only thing is when you have it to the floor the trans will not go over 4000 RPMs. It has been fully rebuilt and has had some valve body work.
