Hey guys and gals I know this is a long shot but if anyone from Jersey on here has or knows where I can get a used radiator for my son's m1009 I'd appreciate the heads up thanks.

If you don't have luck finding a used one, take a look at the Champion aluminum radiators from Jegs. I used a 3 row Champion in my '75 GMC and was reallly surprised how much better it cooled than the old copper 3 row. The 1009 with diesel will take a different radiator, but they should have one.

I have one here on LI, but I doubt it's worth shipping.

FWIW I put a composite radiator in mine and I've had zero problems. The old copper POS rads would fail like clockwork. Also don't forget, if you get an aluminum one the 6.2 has on oil cooler in the radiator as well as the trans cooler so you'll need to get the right one for the application.

From the local Chevy dealer. It was a Harrison, which I think is Delphi now.

Needless to say this was a while ago.

Too bad this post was so long ago, I have 4 Genuine ones. The Aluminium ones don't fit or work for ****.
