The center vertical duct is actually the same part all the way up to 1987/91. It is part number 6262679 DUCT ASM, Air Ctr Lower:

The LH outlet duct looks the same, but it has a slightly different bend at the end - I think. But it's probably nothing that couldn't be straightened out with a little help from a heat gun.

See Note #1 - apparently the 1973 model year doesn't use a lower heater outlet diffuser. Back in '73, when men were still men...they didn't need no stinking floor heaters!

The images link to non existent files, but that is all useful info..

Do you know if the part numbers are stamped on the parts?

At least I have a name for the parts now...

A friend just told me there's a similar year suburban abandoned in the woods a couple miles from here that looks to have the heater parts I need, as well as the stuff to convert this truck back to Power Brakes...

He grabbed the seats and rear axle from it... To bad he didn't see it sooner, somebody already took the engine, tranny, transfer case, and windshield from it.. I could have used the tranny (overdrive version) and windshield for sure, and the seats would have been nice for my 2001 van, which seats have been all torn up by the dogs over the years..

So between that and what you guys might have, I'm hoping to get the parts I need... Ideally this abandoned suburban will have it all... But the weather is crap here too, so it's gonna have to wait a few days for some of this snow to melt off...

Well, went out and looked at the suburban today.. Somebody had already taken the ducting I needed... But I did get a power brake booster and master cylinder off of it.. and a nice tow hitch...

So I guess I'm gonna have to make a plenum for my heater system..
