What are these parts called, and where can I find them?

I got distracted and sidetracked from my complete re-wire, and replacing my turn signal switch has now turned into a full blown steering column rebuild. I already have most of the parts I need, and the remaining parts I get back from the sandblaster tomorrow. There are a few things that I still need, but I'm not sure what they're called or where to get them

First is the cover that goes below the shift lever housing. I think it's part #19 in link below, but it doesn't look quite right


Second and third are the plastic sleeve that snaps onto the bottom of the column, that the turn signal switch wiring runs through, and the gasket that mounts between the firewall and firewall plate

I mean that looks exactly like what I need for the gasket- awesome, thank you for that
What’s wrong with the plastic wire channel? Looks fine to me, especially for a part that is never seen after assembly.

What’s wrong with the plastic wire channel? Looks fine to me, especially for a part that is never seen after assembly.
Nothing really except it's a little brittle. It would just bug me to not replace it while it's open but wouldn't be the end of the world if I couldn't. The main concern is that round peice. It's broken and looks like crap, and I don't want to have to tear the entire column down again to replace it later

Yeah, i get it.

My column cover had broken mounting tabs, I ended up sanding it real nice and epoxied it to the other piece before repainting. Hopefully it holds up tearing a column down that far is a PIA, thats like one of the first pieces to go on.

Take your time and do it once if at all possible.

Yeah, i get it.

My column cover had broken mounting tabs, I ended up sanding it real nice and epoxied it to the other piece before repainting. Hopefully it holds up tearing a column down that far is a PIA, thats like one of the first pieces to go on.

Take your time and do it once if at all possible.

I figure I may as well post pics of steering wheel column progress. Got these parts in from sandblaster today and started spray painting. Going to attempt reassembly over the weekend, with all new switches and bearings. Also bought a Borgeson u-joint steering shaft I'll be installing

Don’t waste you money on the Borgeson shaft, you can swap in a 84-94 Jeep Cherokee steering shaft for way less and it will still have u-joints instead of the rag joint. It’s a direct swap BTW
Appreciate the advice but the Borgeson shaft is already been delivered and getting installed sometime this week

That shaft is still a nice quality piece. I’ve used them before in the past. Keep us updated with the results

That shaft is still a nice quality piece. I’ve used them before in the past. Keep us updated with the results
Will do. I'm finally close to having the column all back together and reinstalled, after a hell of a time getting it priced together and then taken back apart because something wasn't right. I'm down to the blinker switch install, and then everything I'm front of that is on order from LMC. I'll post some pics once it's all finished. It feels pretty nice with all the new bearings and everything.

I had a hell of a time due to the shift column shaft (I'm not sure what the real name for this is) collapsed partially when I was hammering the shifter lever housing back into place. It took me days to figure out it had collapsed - I couldn't figure out why it didn't stick out as far as it used to and spent hours taking it apart and putting it back together. Very frustrating. Once I figured out what happened, it took forever to get it just right - extending it all the way out, tapping the shift lever housing on just enough that I could slip the wavy washer and the metal washer with four screws in, and then tapping the housing back down all the way into the shifter shaft without the shaft just collapsing again. Was actually a giant pain in the ass. I was seriously ready to just buy a brand new column and be done with it. Anyway, I'll post a few more pics once I'm completed

Also, I had it the shaft all out together one time, only to find out that the metal washer with the four screwholes was directional, and I of course had it upside down. I had to take it all back apart and start the whole process again.

LOL... I feel your pain, I had mine assembled or part assembled several times. Pretty sure I made the metal washer mistake and had to fight the inner shaft collapsing a few times.

Be careful mounting the shaft to the steering box too, mine was pretty tight and ended up collapsing that inner column again after everything was installed in the cab.

ETA: Did you actually look at the cost of a remanned GM tilt column? IIRC they were $700-1000 + core when I looked.
