As far as bolt pattern goes, they are both 8x6.5...Hub on the other hand might be too small.

I could swear my old man was able to swap the rims from his '69 C-20 onto his Dodge W-200. Not something I am proud to have witnessed but there you have it.

I'm just about 100% positive, the Fords 8 lug will fit the Chevy & Dodge, but the Chevy and Dodge will NOT fit the Ford. Reason being the big center hub hole is smaller on the Chevy and Dodge. The Ford wheel center opening is kinda Octagon shape, the Chevy and Dodge are Round.
Does that sound right? It's been many years since I dealt with that, and I've slept a few times since then.
