Started my conversion. Im using 92 full size Blazer rotors with the hub mount opened up to fit the axles and using front caliper carriers with the centers machined to fit the backing plate lip. I would love to post pics but it keeps telling me they are to big and when i resize them they look like ass and not a good ass either. Any help with that would be great.

Didn't the 2002 Astro get the six lug pattern to match that of a square 4x4?

Yes. If these dumb pics would show up clear after resizing you could see how it all comes together. All GM parts and look as if it came that way with nice meaty rotors. When i built my Chevelle i used all 2nd gen S10 parts for the rear disc swap. Parts are easier to find that way.

Gotcha. I tagged Shaggy twice today so maybe he'll see it and offer feedback.

Same here for some of them. If it's a picture that I took, it seems to work fine. If it's a screenshot, I have to crop it because it tells me it's too big.

Here is my brake swap using 92 fullsize Blazer front rotors with the centers machined to fit the axles. Also front caliper mounts mounted to the axle housing. I had the center opening machined to fit on the backing plate ledge for centering purposes. Works out pretty nice but i have to get longer studs. I have 28 and 30 spline axles but not sure which ones to use until i find either a spool or posi unit. I used the eaton i have up front.
