I building 88 Suburban. Today I started repair of tail. Anybody knows how to repair tail-pan?

Today I removed tailpan and started cat and weld. Everything is not so bed!

Anybody knows how to replacement the rear floor? Do I need drilling spot welding?

Cutting and welding, if you want 100% stock then spotwelding is required, but you can get away with plug welding In my opinion.

Question, Are suburbans impossible to find in Russia? Because that truck I would call a lost cause here in the states, especially if the goal is no more rust.

Yeah over lap the good metal and plug weld it fuggit. And use caulk to seal the seams.

I weld MIG/MAG. I think that this is enough.
Yes 73-91 Suburban on good condition is a rarity in Russia. My truck is not so bed.:hahano:
