I almost wonder if it out of a big square like a dump truck or camper or something.

When the truck off it normal(hard to turn) but when the trucks on i can throw the steering wheel around. It doesn't feel loose or shaky. I know it doesn't have any thing to do with power steering pump because when i went to the serpentine set up nothing change.

Main reason for asking is just making sure nothing is wrong there.

My '79 is pretty easy to turn also. For sure a one or two finger job at speed, but not quite that easy sitting still, maybe three or four.
