So my sliding rear glass does move, but it doesn't move as easy as it should. Has anyone else had this problem, what lube works and doesn't leave an oily mess everywhere?

If it's the same as the slider in my 87 Silverado, I had the same problem. Clean the tracks top and bottom. If there is even the slightest corosion, use some steel wool. I then lubed the tracks and the sliders with a spray on silicone that goes on wet but dries to a film. It worked great. Be sure to soak the felt or whatever it is that is between the slider and the frame. It may seem worse at first but when the silicone dries it should work fine.
