Guys,

I recently got my square body and the PO shaved the mirrors. Its nice and clean, but I would like to have the ability to see my sides as I live in a city.

It looks so clean, but would you hang new mirrors on it???

Just bought these.. but maybe return them. I wanted to go all silver / black / gun metal look (wheels next). I wanted to vinyl cover them carbon fiber.

I say put the dumbo mirrors back on. They're good looking mirrors with good visibility.

I honestly think our trucks look funky without any sort of mirror on them.

I'm a bit more partial to the stainless dumbo mirrors, but I definitely wanna see how it turns out for ya using those blacked ones whether you cover em, repaint em, or stick em on as is.

You could really stand out in a subtle way and go with power dumbo mirrors-Ive done a few installs for people-I prefer to use the 1990/91 Suburban style power mirror switch and install it in the stock location on the door panel. After its all installed it looks completely factory and most would never notice it which is the cool thing. "Yeah...its got stock power mirrors..." lol

Not to mention illegal. Yes put mirrors back on. I'm pretty certain most states REQUIRE minimum of 2 ways to see to the rear, whether it be 1 side view mirror and a center rear view or 2 side view if your view out the back window is blocked. Many probably don't recall, a passenger side view mirror was an option on most cars.
