Semi float 14 to ff 14bolt swap

I just purchased a full float 14 bolt 10.5 srw rear with 3.73 gears and a gov lock to put on my 3/4 ton that currently has a semi float 14 bolt 9.5, and I have a few questions.
1-will the perches line up?
2-do they have the same size yoke?
3-can I gear it to 4:88 with a gov lock carrier?

1: If it's from a 3/4 ton yes. If it's from a 1 ton then no.

2: Yes
