I am 6' 1". I got the bench seat all the way back in the Burb and still get a little sore because of my long legs on trips, so I modded the factory seat....... :birgits_tiredcoffee

You raised the seat an inch or so, wouldnt that be a short people mod?? Just messin with ya, you might wanna look up next time you're sitting in the seat and make sure you have some headroom! One good bounce and it might ring your bell!!

That's the nice thing about buckets, they seem to slide back further. And they recline.

Yah, I got to watch out for those thumb tacks holding up the headliner.

LOl use twist pins instead of thumb tacks, nothing like setting on a bunch that fell out or even one.

After that I always use the twist in type.

You may as well just say it homie. You mean seat modificaton for lard asses !!! This only works in Burbs and Blazers though. I am tall and have never like the idea of little leg room. NO, I don't need a tilt wheel so my gut can get in the truck like some people do. I kid you not, I had a guy once want to buy my tilt wheel column. He told me, I've put on some pounds the last few years and I need a tilt wheel so I can drive my truck. If that is true, he gained more than just a few poounds.
