Hey All

I seem to have oil leaking a little and getting worse, just replaced intake Manifold Gasket, Plenty of goop on the wall of China, unless it fell off?
But its been dripping a little before the install.
Rear Main Seal Flex Plate no Oil
Does this year have a one piece gasket or old school?

Thanks

Really doesn't matter what is on it. If leaking needs replacement. Use a 1 piece if in the vehicle, small dabs of silicone on the parting areas.

What really matters is thin or thick pan gasket.

I used this on my mid-70s 350. No leaks, and the snap-ups hold the oil pan up while you get the bolts started. There are also metal collars that keep a fella from over tightening the bolts.

I did put a little ultra grey in the corners where it curves around the rear main and the timing chain cover. For thirty bucks, I’d use them over and over again. Edit: it’s rubber silicone with a steel core.

You might try some of the dye that's available and a black light.

I also dented the oil pan a while back replacing the engine motor mounts. May have caused a very weeoing leak? Should i also install a New Oil Pan?

Pull the flywheel cover usually a rear main leak will get thrown around inside while the pan leaking just drips

If the heads of the bolts aren't rounded and the threads are ok, use them.
