OK, im good to go... from the top of the spring to the bottom of the frame, is 5 3/4"'s.

Thanks again and sorry to be a P.I.T.A.

no pain, man! Your questions are good as we all learn from the answers and will hopefully help others learn as they look around the board :waytogo: :) We've got some really knowledgeable people here and J Knight is a great resource when it comes to lowering :)

Does the kit come with rear shock extenders? Western Chassis makes the best shock extenders, make sure you get those too.

I didnt get a kit, the only kit available came with notches.

I got spindles, coils, the flip kit, shock extenders and 1" bump stops he said I needed.

A hair over $600 but its only money, we'll make more lol.

I'm ordering this same setup tonight for my 84. Can someone post a link to the shock extenders. I can't find any for this year model truck on western chassis's site or on thesuspensionsource.com
